Sauro Brandini and Giovanni Torraca are two great friends linked by a great passion: food and wine. After obtaining the third level sommelier diploma, despite the fact that the world of wine is not their main activity, in 2010 they traveled more than 5,000 kilometers between visits to companies, fairs and other events, in search of two very specific elements : the friendship of the producers and the great quality at a fair price.
We are honored to be in their Guide, the result of a great passion that inspired them to venture on a “wine pilgrimage” in various regions of Italy trying to tell how fascinating the wonderful world of wine can be beyond wine.

PS: small correction: our vineyards are mainly cultivated with Sangiovese with a small proportion of Cabernet and not of Merlot
